KNOX COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — A fire department driver is being treated for injuries suffered in a Christmas Day crash.
The Knox County Sheriff's Department says deputies responded to reports of an accident on KY 11 in the Cannon community around 2:30 p.m.
Deputies report that the truck belonged to the Richlands Fire Department, and had rolled onto its top.
The driver was transported from the scene, then flown out to UT Medical Center in Knoxville.
The injured driver's condition is unknown at this time.
